Active Usage Report

This report provides a detailed breakdown of the authentication or Single Sign-On (SSO) actions carried out by individual users, including the date and status of each action. Use this report to get a full insight of user activity.

This report gives you a quick overview of the authentication or SSO operations conducted by either individual end users or all users collectively, within the specified timeframe.

• Go to Reports >> Active Usage Report.



• Use the following options to get active user details:

  Note : To retrieve reports for all users, do not enter any User Identifier and leave it blank.

  • Company Name : Enter the company name to get all the users details.
  • Customer Email : When a customer's email is entered, this feature retrieves details for all users associated with that customer.
  • User Identifier : By entering the user's email or name in the user identifier field, the system will retrieve and display the corresponding user details.
  • App Name : When you type the application's name into the field, you'll see a list of users who have used that app.
  • If you want to generate active reports for all users, use 'from' and 'to' to extract the data between dates.
  
  
  
  • Click on Search.
• You can also click on the Get Count button to get the user count for current search criteria instead of the report.
• In the Report Result section, you will be able to see the users details along with the applications and the status of the authentication.



• Along with the user authentication details, the following details are shown :
• The total number of transactions performed by all users, as well as.
• Total usage Count which is the total number of active users. This number represents the consumed user licenses from your account license.
