Admin Authentication Report

This report shows the detailed breakdown of all the authentication performed by the admins. It shows the total number of authentications and specifies the methods used, such as password, OTP Over SMS, OTP Over Email, etc.

• Go to Reports >> Customer Admin Authentication Report.



• To get the details of customer admin login activities, you can use any of the following options:
  • Search by Company Name: Enter the company's name to locate specific login data.
  • Customer Email: Provide a username or customer email address to retrieve authentication details for a specific admin.
  • Date Range: Specify a From and To date to get details for that particular time frame.

Note : If you leave all the fields blank and click on "Search", you'll get authentication reports for all customer admins.



• Click on Search button.



• In the report result, you will be able to find the total authentication count for the customer admin along with the breakdown based on the authentication method.
• You can click on the ‘Customize Column’ link to view additional attributes from the report result.
• You can also export the report in PDF or CSV format by clicking on the respective links present at the top-right of the reports section.



• You can click on the Bar Chart icon next to the customer's email address in the report result to check a detailed graphical representation of all authentications.
