Manage Capabilities

The miniOrange Partner Portal allows users to define access privileges for various roles based on two distinct sets of capabilities: Admin and Enduser. Additionally, it offers the functionality to create customized roles with specifically selected capabilities, giving you for fine-grained control over user access in the system.

To manage user capabilities, follow the below steps:

  • Login to miniOrange Partner Portal Console.
  • Go to Customers >> click on Manage Capabilities.
  • Under Edit Capabilities you will be able to view and manage all the Capabilities. You can enable/disable a role based on your preferences.

    • In the Admin Capabilities, you can choose which areas/operations users will be able to access in the Admin Dashboard.
    • Click on Next.

    • A page will be opened to preview and verify the capabilities you have assigned to end-users and then click on Save to update the user capabilities.
      • miniOrange Identity Platform Partner Portal Handbook: Select the capabilites which you have assign to user

    • In the Enduser Capabilities, you can specify which areas or operations users can access in the Enduser Dashboard.

      Note : If no Admin Capabilities are assigned, users with this role will only have access to the Enduser Dashboard, and they will not be able to access any administrative operations or areas beyond what is available in the Enduser Dashboard.

    • Click on Next.
      • miniOrange Identity Platform Partner Portal Handbook: Select EndUsers Capabilities

    • A page will be opened to preview and verify the capabilities you have assigned and then click on Save to update the User Roles.
      • miniOrange Identity Platform Partner Portal Handbook: Select the capabilites which you have assign and click save

  • The changes will be applied to all the users logging in to end user dashboard after the updates.
