Provisioning Report
This report shows the details related to provisioning enabled for the users. The partner portal can check the status of the provisioning for a user login along with the user login attributes for the login session and the type of adaptive authentication prompted to the user.
To get a provisioning report, use the following steps:
- Login to partner portal dashboard.
- Go to Reports >> Provisioning Report.
- You will have to provide the following details to get a report result:
- Company Name
- Customer Identifier
- EndUser Identifier
- Specify the date range (from and to dates)
- Application Name
- In the report result you will be able to see the user details along with the adaptive authentication attributes and the user session attributes such as the IP address and the location.
- You can click on the '+' button on the left to view additional attributes from the report results or click on the CSV button to export the report.
