RADIUS Authentication Report

This report is used to show details related to the RADIUS authentications done using the IDP server. This report shows the user details along with the received RADIUS request and the RADIUS response sent from the server to the client.

• Login into partner portal console.
• Go to Reports >> RADIUS Authentication Report.



• To locate RADIUS authentication reports, enter the Customer Name, Customer Email, or User Identifier (e.g., email or username) into any field. In addition, specify the date range (from and to dates). Then, click the "Search" button to initiate the search.

  Note: If you leave all the fields blank and click "Search", you will retrieve RADIUS authentication reports for all users.




• The Report Result shows the user identifier along with the RADIUS request and Response and the status of the authentication.
• You can also export the report in PDF or CSV format by clicking on the respective buttons present at the top-right of the reports section.
