The pricing is based on active usage. We have the following modules:
Monthly Billing: Number of users are calculated if they access the system at least once a month. There is no limitation on how many times a user logs in, it will be counted as 1 unique user.
Yearly Billing Yearly Pricing is based on the registered users, i.e., total number of users that can exist in the platform. The users can be added to the platform at any time during the year, but the user count at any point in time cannot exceed the user license count.
