Senior Web Developer
As a Senior Web Developer and Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Web Developer and guiding freshers, while also contributing your expertise to website management and its design. This role involves a combination of leadership, technical proficiency, and project management.

Qualifications: BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Location: Baner, Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Web Developers and junior developers.
- Define project goals, set priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of the miniOrange marketing websites.
- Take an active role in coding, debugging, testing, and maintaining the website.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance individual skills and contribute innovative ideas.
- Proactively identify and address technical challenges to optimize performance and user experience.
- Oversee the WordPress CMS and ensure its smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to ensure content is uploaded, formatted, and displayed correctly on the website.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and performance.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer with strong programming skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
- Proficiency in modern web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., Next js, React).
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress) and understanding of SEO principles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Implement best design / web development practices, adapt to frameworks, create a common code base or templates to speed up development and improve overall team efficiency.
