Asset Access Report


  • Login in to miniOrange PAM dashboard.
  • On the upper right corner click on Switch to Audit Dashboard.
  • Under Reports sidebar, click Asset Access Report.
  • PAM Handbook - Asset Access Report: Click on the Switch to Audit Dashboard button. Under Reports, click on Asset Access Report

The columns in the table provide information about asset access in the following format:

  • Id: The unique identifier of the asset access report.
  • App Name: The name of the asset accessed.
  • App Type: The type of the asset.
  • User IP: The IP address of the user who accessed the asset.
  • User Agent: Provides information about the platform from which the user accessed the PAM dashboard.
  • Status: Indicates the status of the asset access command.
  • Accessed Date: Displays the timestamp of the activity.
  • Session Details: Provides a detailed output of the asset session, including both failed and successful commands.
  • Action: Includes a play button to initiate the replay player for asset access recordings.

Administrators can search for specific asset access reports using the search functionality. They also have the option to add filters to refine their search results.

On the right side, a customized column icon is situated where users can add/remove columns as per their preference.

For ssh sessions, by clicking on the play button under Action, the admin can view the executed command on replayer.

Click on details under Session Details for any row to open summary of executed commands output of ssh asset session.
