A detailed glimpse into SMS operations, uncovering key insights such as the end-user's phone number, country code, chosen delivery method, request type, and the timestamp of request creation.
Go to Reports >> search for SMS Report, and click on it.
Specify a date range by entering From and To dates to view the end-user activities and retrieve the SMS reports. To generate a country-specific SMS report, select the desired Country Code from the dropdown.
The report will display detailed information about end users and their SMS activities according to the selected filters.
After reviewing the report, click the Clear Filter link to reset any filters you applied.
To export the report, click the Download link at the top-right corner to export the data in CSV format.
Click the icon, located next to the table view icon in the top-left corner, to access a detailed graphical representation of all end-user SMS data.
