We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and support our technical staff.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources. This role requires in-depth HR experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and someone who takes ownership & initiative to enhance employee engagement and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure HR policies are understood and followed. Adapt and develop policies that fit the unique way of working within the company.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to keep employees motivated and engaged. Organize team-building activities and initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
  • Address performance issues effectively, working closely with team managers to ensure employees meet their goals and contribute to the company's success.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors
  • Partner with team managers to understand their needs and provide HR support tailored to their teams.
  • Handle difficult people situations with tact and professionalism, ensuring fair and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Prepare reports, and other documentation as needed.
  • Demonstrate extreme ownership of HR functions. Lead multiple initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a comprehensive HR role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of employee motivation and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to adapt to and understand the unique working style of the company
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office/ GSuite Office
  • Has worked on any HRMS
